Demo Day
Your workforce, live at NS
The bet behind everything we run
“You don't have a knowledge problem. You have a finishingproblem.”

You've watched the agent demos. You've read the threads. What you've never had is a room with a deadline, a facilitator on your build every day, and a room of builders who won't let you quit. In 10 days, that room turns “I chat with AI” into “my agents did that while I slept.”

Why this is worth 10 days

A Tuesday, three weeks from now.

Not hypothetical — this is the exact shape of the capstone workforces this program produces.

07:00
A research brief is waiting in your inboxResearch agentOvernight scan of your market, competitors and mentions — sourced and summarized.
08:30
Your inbox is triaged, replies draftedInbox agentUrgent flagged, noise archived, five drafts ready for your one-tap approval.
12:00
Today's content is drafted in your voiceContent agentPost drafts pulled from your notes — you edit for 10 minutes, then approve.
17:00
A daily report lands: what ran, what it costReporting agentEvery action traced in Langfuse. A cost number you can say out loud.
23:00
You're asleep. The workflows aren't.The whole orgScheduled runs execute — money, send and delete still wait for your sign-off.
You built this in 10 days. It works for you every day after.
What you walk out with

A workforce. Running, not planned.

Every outcome is a hard deliverable with a day attached — verified by your pod, demoed in public.

Ships Day 2

A team of agents

3+ coordinated agents with defined roles — one researches, one writes, one reviews. An org, not a bot. You're the manager.

Ships Day 5

Real tools, safely

Connected to your Gmail, GitHub, calendar via MCP — gated by the Rule of Two, with human approval on money, send, and delete. Always.

Ships Day 6

Memory + 24/7

Your agents remember you across sessions and run on a schedule — with traces and a cost number you can say out loud.

Demo Day · Jul 27

A public demo

Your capstone workforce, live at Network School, with receipts — and running for you the morning after.

Every layer, every ship — tracked on one live dashboard.

Your streak, your milestone badges, and all 9 capstone proof points update as you build. By Demo Day this screen is the proof your workforce is real.

The AI Agents Sprint progress dashboard — a streak counter, the 10-day ship calendar, milestone badges, and the nine capstone proof points tracked across the sprint.
The mental model

The 5-layer model — the map that never changes

Tools change monthly. This model is what survives. Every day of the sprint climbs this stack.

Capstone & Demo Day
Your working workforce, demoed live at NS — in public, with receipts

Every single day ends with something shipped — no passive lectures, ever

A typical day

3 hours live. The rest is yours to build.

Max three sessions a day, ≈60 minutes each. Depth lives in the homework packs and build time — not longer lectures.

The daily rhythm

Build in the morning. Ship by night.

Two morning sessions, a protected build afternoon at your included coworking desk, one 4pm lab — then your daily ship.

10:00–11:00
Session 1 · Concept + live buildThe why, the layer, the capability — taught by building
11:15–12:15
Session 2 · Guided build labWe ship today's piece together
12:15–16:00
Self-work blockHomework pack · builder extensions · pod help — home base at Arc
16:00–17:00
Session 3 · Lab + ship checkSecond lab · “manage your worker” reflection · demo progress
🚢 Evening: post proof of today's ship in your pod channel. Every day.
The safety spine

Guardrails first. Power second.

The only agent program we know that teaches you to argue against agents where they don't fit.

Day 1
The Lethal TrifectaThe threat model — before any agent touches real data
Day 5
Rule of Two · hard gateNo tool touches private data until you can state & apply it
Always
Human approval gatesMoney, send, delete — your sign-off required, non-negotiable
Days 8–9
Red-team your own orgReal incidents studied · allowlists · audit logs · sandboxes
🛡 You'll leave more careful than the average AI user — not less.
The honest comparison

You're not comparing this to zero.

You're comparing it to how you'd otherwise get this work done. Run the math with us.

Option 1 · Hire help
A human VA
$800–1,500
per month · forever
  • 40 hrs/week, needs management anyway
  • Doesn't scale — more work = more hires
  • Walks out the door with the knowledge
Recurring cost, linear output.
Option 2 · Do it yourself
Free YouTube
$0
+ 40 hours of tutorials
  • The information is genuinely all there
  • No safety gates — tutorials skip the guardrails
  • No deadline, no pod, no Demo Day = no finish
You don't have a knowledge problem…
Option 3 · This sprint
Your AI workforce
$499 once
+ ~$150/mo tooling you choose
  • Works nights & weekends — approval-gated, traced, costed
  • Compounds — every skill you package gets reused
  • Finished in 10 days — demoed in public, with receipts
Saves 5 hrs/week? Pays for itself in month one.
Fit check

Built for finishers.

Read this honestly before you apply — it saves us both time.

✓ This is for you if…

  • You have real work you'd love to delegate — research, content, ops, outreach, reporting
  • You can commit 5–7 focused hours on each of the 10 full-swing days (Jul 17–27), in person
  • You don't code — and that's fine. The live track is no-code-first; agents do their own setup
  • You're technical? Even better — builder extensions go deeper: CrewAI, LangGraph, self-hosting, local MCP
  • You'll ship daily and demo in public — the Demo Day capstone is the whole point

✕ This is not for you if…

  • You want a course to watch on your own schedule — this is live, in person, and intense
  • You can only attend some of the days — the ship-every-day chain breaks without you
  • You want theory and certificates — the only certificate here is a running workforce
  • You won't let agents touch any tools at all — gated and safe, but hands are the curriculum
What it costs

The Investment.

Cohort 01 · Intro Jul 10 · Full swing Jul 17–27 · Gen AI Hub @ NS
$499
one-time · everything below included
  • Two warm-up sessions — Jul 10 intro + AWS credits setup · Jul 14 agents deep-dive + homework
  • 30 live sessions — 10 full-swing days × 3 hands-on sessions, taught by building
  • Facilitator eyes on your build, daily— a small room means nobody's invisible
  • Pods of 3–4 — they verify your ship every day and catch you when you fall
  • Homework packs + builder extensions — no-code track and technical track
  • Coworking Membership — your home base for the build afternoons
  • AWS partner credits — cloud credits for your agent stack, set up on Jul 10 (subject to eligibility)
  • Capstone + public Demo Day — live at Network School, Jul 27
🔑 You bring one tool:a ChatGPT plan with Codex access (Pro ~$100/mo — Codex is included, no separate sub). It's the delegation engine you keep after Demo Day. Expect ~$5–15 in API credits across the sprint, plus any APIs and subscriptions your specific use cases need — most of what we teach runs on free tiers, and the AWS partner credits (subject to eligibility) cover a good chunk of the rest.

🛡 No refunds — instead, the Ship Promise: show up, do the work, and we don't stop until your workforce ships. Complete the MVP path and fall short anyway? Direct facilitator support + a demo slot at the next cohort.

The finish line · Demo Day

Your capstone passes on 9 proof points.

This is the bar — the same bar as our 30-day program, compressed into 10 days. Not vibes. Receipts.

1≥3 coordinated agents with defined roles — an org, not a bot
2Uses real tools via at least one safe connector path
3Persistent memory or an inspectable knowledge base
4≥1 reusable skill or documented agent procedure
5Runs without babysitting — human-in-the-loop on money/send/delete
6Trace + cost visibility — you know what it did and what it cost
7Safety tests or documented guardrails
8Credits dependencies& confirms licenses
9Explainable in the 5-layer model — proof you could rebuild it on new tools

Fall behind? The Minimum Viable Path — first win → employee → safe tools → memory → team → safety → demo — still passes.

The road to Day 1

Show up ready to build.

The warm-up sessions carry most of this — by Jul 17 you're set up and already moving.

Step 01

Come to the Jul 10 intro

See live agent demos, meet the room — and set up your AWS partner credits on the spot (subject to eligibility).

Step 02

Apply (2 minutes)

Limited spots, reviewed personally. We say no to people we can't help — that protects your seat's value.

Step 03

Get ChatGPT with Codex

Pro plan ~$100/mo. It's yours beyond the program — your workforce runs on your accounts.

Step 04

Join the Jul 14 session

The AI Agents deep-dive. You leave with prep homework so Day 1 starts at full speed.

Step 05

List 3 workflows you hate

Real recurring tasks you'd delegate to a human if you could. They become your agents' first jobs.

Step 06

Block Jul 17–27

5–7 focused hours per full-swing day. One rest day (Jul 26). Your workforce is the main project.

Questions, answered honestly

Everything you'd ask me anyway.

What are the exact dates?
Fri Jul 10: intro session + AWS partner meetup (credits subject to eligibility). Tue Jul 14: AI Agents deep-dive session — prep homework handed out. Jul 17–27: the full-intensity sprint — 10 build days with one rest day (Sun Jul 26), closing with Demo Day on Mon Jul 27.
What exactly is an "AI workforce"?
Think of ChatGPT as a brilliant intern you have to sit next to all day. An AI agent is that intern with hands — it can actually use your tools, browse, file, send (with your approval). An AI workforce is a small team of those agents with different jobs — one researches, one writes, one reviews — coordinated, with you as the manager.
What does it cost all-in? No surprises.
$499 for the program, coworking membership included. You bring one tool: a ChatGPT plan with Codex access (Pro ~$100/mo, yours beyond the program). Beyond that, expect ~$5–15 in API credits across the sprint, plus any APIs and subscriptions your specific use cases need. Most of what we teach runs on free tiers, and the AWS partner credits (subject to eligibility) cover a good chunk of the cloud side.
How much time do I need per day?
Three hours of live sessions, max — then 2–4 hours of self-work where your build actually happens. Call it 5–7 focused hours on each full-swing day (Jul 17–27, one rest day built in). No coding background needed — the live track is no-code-first, and technical builders get deeper extensions in every homework pack.
What if I fall behind or miss a day?
You drop to the Minimum Viable Path — the non-negotiable spine (first win → first employee → safe tools → memory → team → safety → demo) that still produces a passing capstone. The rest day is a built-in catch-up gate, your pod verifies each other daily, and in a small room, nobody disappears quietly.
